Breaking the law at wild side west
So there I am discussing the merits of some organization and its inane initiration rite that consists of vowing to follow the law for 2 weeks/ months with my lesbian, burning man, out and out rebel of a friend and I can't believe my ears.
All I can say to her is that she is great, I love her style, and breaking the law is how she's been living her life for the last 30 something years, and she shouldn't stop now.
It errupts into an uncomfortable moment when her friend and co-cult member chimes in in support of this ridiculous vow, so that she "can feel what its like to have limits". God, Im so glad I know what I want in life. There's no way I'm going to let anybody, let alone the current establishment, george bush, jesus, some cult, et al, deign how I should live my life. We all construct our own moral code and belief system. the virtous live up to their beliefs.
I can't drive fifty five, I believe in women rights, gay marriage, gun control, abortion, the sanctity of a pink hat, and think that you should too have your own moral code.
Halleluyah, and amen.
And sorry to all my friends if this rant somehow pissed on your belief system. Let's hash it out over a drink at wild side west. The first round is on me.
