Lena's house
I'm way behind on my posting, still trying to catch up from last weekend. too many pictures.
Spent last Sunday evening with Kristin and Steve at Lena's house party. Met some new faces, barbecued some oysters, ate some great food and learned simplicity. Karen put together a salad that tasted of its ingredients, and only its ingredients, I liked the combo of freshly pickled fennel root and toasted pine nuts. Got kicked out by the grownups before midnight, went dancing at Amnesia with K and K and S, and then desert. Got kicked out by the kids at 3:33, a fortuitous hour, and cabbed it back to Steve's for some much needed rest.
